The Business Of Coaching Toolkit

15 Strategic Frameworks to Escape the Time-for-Money Trap and Architect Your Coaching Legacy

For coaches who want to grow their coaching businesses. A complete collection of frameworks, codified by a Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Who This Toolkit Is For

This collection is engineered for dedicated coaching professionals across all niches, with a specific focus on supporting members of the ICF community in mastering the business side of their practice.

If you are a talented coach who excels at facilitating transformation but feels like you are constantly battling the business mechanics of solopreneurship, this is your blueprint.

It is for coaches who are tired of trading hours for dollars, fighting for clients in crowded markets, or feeling drained by "marketing" that doesn't align with their coaching ethos.

Whether you are aiming to increase revenue, build a scalable system, or architect a lasting professional legacy, this multidisciplinary operating system will help you transition from being a skilled worker in your practice to becoming its systemic architect.

"This isn't coaching."

In 2011, during a training session in London, those four words changed my life. I had just spent 15 minutes lecturing a peer, using my corporate manager muscles to "fix" her problem. She stopped me dead. I realized then that my first lesson as a coach was simply learning how to shut up.

But the harder lesson came years later. Between 2012 and 2018, I was an extraordinary coach, but a failing businessman. Coaching was a sporadic side-hustle, barely making up 15% of my revenue. I wasn't an extrovert; I didn't have a guru's umbrella to hide under. I was "blind" to the mechanics of solopreneurship.

I discovered the most dangerous mistake we make: confusing our craft with the science of business.

What’s Inside the Toolkit?

The Complete Operating System for the Modern Solopreneur

IDENTITY & BEING: Strip away the facades and align your business with your core purpose using structural dynamics.

SYSTEM FLOW: Apply the Constructal Law to identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth operational throughput.

THE VISUAL REBELLION: Move beyond generic "branding" to build a Cult Brand that inspires tribal devotion.

BLUE OCEAN TRANSITION: Reconstruct your value proposition to make your competition irrelevant.

HIGH-TRUST ENROLLMENT: Turn sales conversations into ethical coaching interventions that lead to a logical "Yes."

PRICING ARCHITECTURE: Escape the hourly rate trap by engineering coaching as a high-status "Veblen Good."

LEVERAGED LEGACY: Use Replication and Dunbar’s Number to build a business that scales beyond your physical presence.

The Outcome

The result of using the tools in this collection? A Practice with the fewest blind spots.

When you implement this toolkit, you don't just "get more leads." You change your state of being. You move from the "Red Ocean" of price-fighting to a "Monopoly of Meaning" where your value is unmistakable and your practice is sustainable.

Who is the architect of this toolkit?

I am George Bragadireanu, MCC, one of the Top 1% of coaches globally (Master Certified Coach), with a hybrid background of 15 years of banking leadership combined with deep studies in Existential Analysis, Systemic Thinking, Logotherapy, and Leadership Psychology.

My first 10 years of coaching were a business void: I had too few clients and did not know how to get more. Since 2018, I have learned how to create a coaching business.

The Business Of Coaching Toolkit is the set of tools I now use to get new clients, to position myself in the coaching market and truly enjoy my craft without the business hustles.
