Most leaders reach the peak of their first "summit" (success and performance) through raw effort, iron discipline, and a level of conscientiousness far above the average. But too often, the price of that success is paid in "blood currency": chronic cortisol, broken health, and a sense of existential hollow.

I paid that price in 2018. Despite a nearly perfect professional record - maintaining a 4.8/5 feedback score while training 110 days a year (13,000 participants and 11,000 training hours) - I was a biological disaster. Driven by a high conscientiousness score of 85% and a perfectionism that refused to compromise, I forced my introverted nature and individualistic/creative personality profile to stay on an extrovert’s stage for 5 years.

I ignored my top native intelligences - Kinesthetic (87) and Intrapersonal (83) - choosing instead to write business books late at night and manage grueling logistics over the weekend. The "invoice" from my biology was brutal: a ruptured C5 spinal disc, 300 cholesterol level, and over €20,000 in medical bills.
