About George

I'm George Bragadireanu, and I help C-Suite leaders navigate the first months of their transition to the new strategic and executive identity and lead with deep, systemic meaning.

Background

I spent 15 years in corporate banking leadership at UniCredit. I know what it's like to lead large teams, manage complex stakeholder dynamics, and deliver results under intense pressure.

In 2012, I transitioned fully into executive coaching. Since then, I've logged 5,000+ coaching hours with 650+ clients, from plant managers overseeing 3,500 employees to regional directors at multinational corporations to CEOs of fast-scaling startups.

In 2022, I earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation — the highest level of coaching certification globally, held by fewer than 1,800 coaches worldwide.

My Philosophy

My work begins where traditional performance coaching ends. I serve as a transition architecting partner for leaders who have achieved the needed excellence to be promoted as executive chiefs of organisations, only to find that this might be the most challenging transition there is - a transition of identity, not only role or responsibilities.

My research and practice focus on the intersection of leadership, systemic thinking, and existential philosophy. I diagnose modern executive leadership burnout not as a symptom of overwork, but as a "frustrated will-to-meaning." The old models of leadership are failing because they cannot solve what is fundamentally a crisis of identity. My work, supported by my academic pursuits in Existential Coaching (MSc, NSPC/Middlesex University) and Logophilosophy (Viktor Frankl Institute), provides a new map for this new territory.

My method is the "purest form" of Socratic dialogue. I do not provide answers or strategies. Instead, I create a rigorous, protected space and structure for leaders to map their "Internal System", identify high-level leverage points, and do the essential work of "identity adaptation." Through my service (Leadership Transition Navigator™)," I help leaders answer the only question that matters: "Who do I need to be to lead with clarity and meaning in this new reality, at this new level?"

On A Personal Note

I live in Bucharest with my wife and two teenage sons. Outside of coaching, I'm into jazz and rock music, rocket launches, science fiction, ultramarathons, basketball, and books at the intersection of science and spirituality.
