Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and access the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2.2. Restrictions on Use

3. Payments, Refunds, and Merchant of Record
3.1. Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. When you purchase Digital Content, payment is processed handled by Lemon Squeezy, and you are subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
3.2. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
