"The Wayfinder™" is a 3-month retainer designed to recalibrate your "inner system". It is not a course. It is a process of pure coaching at the highest level (MCC), grounded in systemic thinking and logophilosophy.

Using diagnostic tools, we identify the high-leverage points in your professional and personal system. You begin to see the "matrix" behind the chaos.

"Who do I need to be now?" Through rigorous Socratic dialogue, we confront and dissolve the limiting beliefs and identity patterns that no longer serve the present. We move from "doing" to "being."

Using the principles of Logophilosophy (the philosophy of meaning), we transform anxiety, absurdity, and burnout into sources of meaning. You develop an "attitude" toward your circumstances—an inner freedom that no external crisis can touch.

This is a rigorous, filtered process that respects your time and intelligence.

Step 0: The Application (The Gateway)

You complete the reflective application form. This is an initial diagnostic tool that helps me understand the complexity of your situation and your readiness for this work. The application consists of: a.) filling in several answers to a few questions and then b.) performing the adaptability survey (link received upon completion of a.)

Step 1: The Adaptability Audit (Paid Session)

If your application is approved, you will be invited to a 90-minute, paid audit session. We will analyze your AQme (Adaptability Quotient) report and create the initial systemic map of your challenges. This is a valuable working session in its own right.

Step 2: The "Wayfinder™" Retainer (3 Months)

If we mutually decide to proceed, we begin the 3-month partnership. This retainer offers flexible access, adapted to the rhythm of change and your needs: from 15-minute crisis calls to 2-hour "deep dive" sessions.

Certified Systemic Thinker. I specialize in seeing the "inner system" and the hidden connections that generate blockages, allowing you to find high-level leverage points.

Researcher in Existential Coaching & Logosophy. I am pursuing an MSc in Existential Coaching (NSPC/Middlesex University) and the diploma in Logophilosophy (Viktor Frankl Institute), bringing a unique academic and philosophical depth to our partnership.
